EAST BRUNSWICK , NJ, UNITED STATES, September 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- CleanBucks, a cleaning business licensing platform built from more than 14 years of real-world cleaning industry experience, has announced a fall expansion initiative aimed at entrepreneurs who want to start or grow their own cleaning businesses.

With summer ending and businesses and families returning to their regular fall schedules, CleanBucks is expanding its efforts to introduce its business model to prospective operators in additional U.S. markets.

CleanBucks was developed from an operating cleaning company that grew from a single van into a multi-vehicle operation and has completed more than 350,000 room cleanings. The company now uses that experience to provide independent cleaning business owners with a brand, technology, operating systems, marketing tools and territory-based support.

“Starting a business can be exciting, but building every system from scratch can also slow people down before they ever get their first customer,” said Maany Silva, founder of CleanBucks. “We built CleanBucks around the systems and lessons we learned operating an actual cleaning company. The goal is to give people a more practical starting point.”

The CleanBucks license currently costs $1,000 to start and $500 per month, with no percentage-based royalties. Operators run their own businesses, set their own schedules and pricing, and manage their own customers while using the CleanBucks business system and brand.

The platform includes tools designed to help operators manage many of the day-to-day functions of a cleaning business, including customer management, scheduling, communications, marketing materials, lead management and other operational resources.

As part of its fall expansion, CleanBucks has introduced a more personalized territory evaluation experience designed to help prospective operators better understand the markets they are considering. Prospective operators can enter the ZIP code where they are interested in operating and review preliminary information about that market, including county-level demographics and current territory availability.

The system is designed to give prospective operators useful market information earlier in the process, allowing them to evaluate the area they are considering before moving further into the CleanBucks licensing process.

“People shouldn’t have to make a business decision without understanding the area they want to serve,” Silva said. “If someone is considering building a cleaning business, we want them to be able to see the local market, understand the opportunity and then decide whether it makes sense for them.”

CleanBucks is positioned as an alternative for entrepreneurs who want business infrastructure and brand support without some of the cost structures commonly associated with traditional franchise systems.

The opportunity may appeal both to people entering the cleaning industry for the first time and to experienced cleaning professionals who already understand the work but want to transition from performing cleaning jobs themselves into building and managing a larger business.

According to CleanBucks, the fall expansion initiative will focus on identifying prospective operators in markets where territories remain available and helping qualified candidates evaluate their local opportunity through the company’s online License Experience.

Prospective operators can review information about the CleanBucks model, explore preliminary territory availability and local market information, and schedule a discovery call through CleanBucks.com.
