BOCA RATON, FL, UNITED STATES, November 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences has been named to Newsweek’s America’s Best Nursing Homes 2027 list, ranking No. 2 in Florida in the small nursing home category. By default, Sinai Residences is also the No. 1 Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). Newsweek presents the ranking in partnership with Statista, a global statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The full list is available here. — Rachel Blumberg, President & CEO of Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences
The annual ranking recognizes leading nursing homes across the U.S. in three size categories: large (150+ certified beds), medium (100–149 certified beds) and small (50–99 certified beds). Facilities are evaluated on four pillars:
-Performance indicators: Data on staffing, quality measures and health inspections
-Reputation: An online survey of medical professionals, including registered nurses, nursing home managers, licensed therapists and physicians
-Accreditations: Official recognition by The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for meeting quality and safety standards
-Resident and visitor satisfaction: Feedback from residents and their families, as reflected in Google ratings
“Being ranked among America’s best nursing homes is a tremendous honor, and it belongs to our team,” said Rachel Blumberg, president and CEO of Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences. “This recognition reflects what our nurses, therapists and caregivers do every day: the small moments of attention and kindness that make Sinai feel like home for our residents and give their families real peace of mind. What makes it especially meaningful is that it’s built on hard data and on the voices of the medical professionals, residents and families who know us best. We’ve always believed that when you take care of the people who provide the care, it shows in the care itself.”
That philosophy has earned Sinai Residences national recognition as an employer as well. The community has twice been ranked No. 1 Best Place to Work in America for Aging Services in the small/medium category, reflecting Sinai’s commitment to workplace culture, transparency and the dignity of every employee.
